Installation

Requirements

• Playnite (desktop mode)
• Sunshine installed on the same machine

Install via Playnite Add-on Browser

1. Open Playnite
2. Go to Extensions → Browse the add-on database
3. Search for Sunrise
4. Click Install

Manual Install

Copy the extension folder to:

%AppData%\Playnite\Extensions\

The folder must contain extension.yaml and PlayniteSunrise.psm1.

First Run

After installing, open Extensions → Sunrise → Configure… and verify the path to apps.json matches your Sunshine installation. The default is:

C:\Program Files\Sunshine\config\apps.json

Optionally, enter your Sunshine web UI credentials under API credentials. This allows Sunrise to apply changes and restart Sunshine without UAC elevation prompts.

Then run Sync Library to export your games.
